Greetings, everyone. My name is Tron, and I'm a security Program from the Grid. I seem to have been brought here by mistake, but while I'm here I'll offer whatever help I can to keep things running smoothly. [His smile is self-effacing.] That's my job back home, after all.

I spent the last several cycles reviewing this device's history and recent network traffic, and I don't know exactly who I've replaced--or what his job around here was. [Oh, the irony.] It also seems like you have more problems than you have people to solve them. If anyone could point me in the right direction, they'd have my gratitude.
