First stable build of Flood Universal Access software attached. Recommend immediate installation on Barge standard communication devices.
Also recommend leaving device at lowest possible physical elevation while charging to prevent inability to physically reach device in case of flood.
[Attached under the filter there is indeed a script package called "Flood Universal Access" which converts many of the Barge-standard communicators in such a way that it's not required to have opposable thumbs to turn them on or off, send short preprogrammed messages on one's location, status, and need for help, and so on, or switch input between text, audio, and video. It also supports a Really Big software keyboard, so all theoretically needed is a wee bitty nub to put on the screen.]
